27- How to Cook Rice With Sea Food (Cambodian Food)?

Cook Rice with sea food
Ingredients: Serves 10 people. 
  • squid                  100g
  • lobster                1kg
  • rice                   1,5kg
  • fish balls             50g
  • Tong Kov mushroom      20g
  • carrot                 1/4
  • Salt                   2 table spoons
  • Sugar                  4 table spoons 
  • Onion                  1/2 
  • ginger slices          20g
  • fresh chopped garlic   4 table spoons
  • oyster sauce           5 table spoons
  • corn starch            5 table spoons
  • seasonal sauce         3 table spoons
  • vegetable oil          100g
  • Chicken soup stock     1.5Litre
  • Chili Sauce
    Preparation:
       1-Clean and  cut lobster, cut squid with a good decoration, mushroom put into the water until soft, rinse out with water and cut in to 2 pieces, clean and cut into 2 pieces, carrot cut into short pieces about 5 cm long.
       2-Clean rice then cook with chicken soup stock and add 3 table spoons of seasoning sauce. When rice is 90% cooked, stir well, decrease heat, then cover.

       3-Fry chop garlic with vegetable oil until a brown. Then add squid and lobster and stir, add corn starch , chicken stock 50ml,and all ingredients. Then put all the mixing that we fried about  on top of the rice and eat with seasoning sauce and  chilly sauce, to taste(serve hot ).

     

26-How to Cook Stir Fried Squid on The Flat Pot (Chinese Style)?

Cook Stir Fried  Fresh Squid on The Flat Pot (Chinese Style)?
Ingredients: Serves for 2 peoples 
  • squid                  400g
  • Salt                   1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar                  1 table spoon
  • red capsicum           50g
  • green capsicum         50g 
  • Onion                  1/2 
  • Spring onion cut       1 table spoon
  • ginger slices          1 table spoon
  • fresh chopped garlic   1 table spoon
  • red wine               30ml
    Preparation:
       1-Clean and  cut squid with nieces decoration and fried in a hot pot an about 3 to 5 minutes. Then pull out in to a big plat.
       2-Cut capsicum in a small pieces,  chopped garlic, cut ginger in a thin slice , green spring onion cut in a short, onion cut slices.
       3-Fried  in a hot pot until good small and a lit bit brown. Then add squid, red wine and stir well. When the squid is well cook add capsicum, onion, sea sauce and eat with soy sauce and chili.
