Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples
- Vegetable Oil 6 table spoons
- Salt 3/2 tea spoon
- Seasonal Sauce 2 table spoons
- Oyster Sauce 2 table spoons
- Brown Sugar 2 tea spoon
- Beef 400g
- Round Beans 400g
- Chopped garlic 2 tea spoons
- Lemon juice 4 table spoons
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon
Preparation:
- Clean and cut the round beans into 4 cm.
- Make sauce by mixing 1 tea spoon of chop garlic, 1 tea spoon black pepper, 1 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon sugar, and 4 table spoons of lemon juice.
- Put the wok on the stove then put 3 tables spoon of vegetable oil. Preheat the oil and put round beans in. Fry them until they are well cooked and put them aside.
- Put 1 tea spoon of garlic into the oil and fry it until it turns brown. Then put beef in to the work and fry until it is cooked. After that, put the meat on top of the round beans.
