Cook Potato Soup With Chicken Stock( Cambodian Style)
Ingredients: Serves 2 peoples- potato 500g
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 table spoon
- Butter 50g
- Pepper(powder) 1/2 teaspoon
- Orion 1/2
- Spring onion chop 1 table spoon
- Cream 100 ml
- Chicken Stock Soup 1 Liter
- Preparation:
- 1-Peal potato and cut in to small piece, cut onion in thin lice put the soup.
2-Put butter in to the hot pot and fried onion until a bit brown and smell good. Then add soup in to the pot and boil until 100C.Add potato and cook until well cook. Then take all soup to put in to the blander and mix until mix well.
3-Pour back in to the hot pot and heat medium hot and stir gently until the soup boil. Then add cream in to the soup, then add salt , pepper, sugar and stir until soup boil again. Then serve hot and add chop spring onion.
