How to Make Fried Rice with Prawn and Beef Steak (Cambodian Way)   

Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples  
  • Salt                          1/4 tea spoon
  • Vegetable Oil                 4 table spoon
  • Seasonal Sauce                1 table spoon
  •  Brown Sugar                   1/2 tea spoon
  • Beef Steak                    100g
  • Fresh prawns                  200g
  • Chopped garlic                                                    1 tea spoon
  • Spring onion Chop             1 table spoon
  • carrot                        100g    
  • Tomato Sauce                  2 table spoons
  • Oyster Sauce                  2 table spoons
  • chicken egg                   1
  • rice                          2 cups of cooked rice
Preparation:

Clean all vegetables and meat and chop.

How to Cook:         
  1. Put the oil in to the hot wok, then put chopped garlic and fried until brown.
  2. Put prawn and chopped beef in and fry until they are well cooked. Then, put all the sauce and mix them. Put the rice in and mix it again.
  3. Break the egg and put it in a small bowl. Scrabble it and put it into the rice and stir. Put the spring onion on top of the rice and finally put into the big plate.

How to Make Minced Pork Soup with Vegetables


Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples  

  • Salt                              1 tea spoon   
  • Seasonal Sauce                    2 table spoons
  •  Brown Sugar                       1 tea spoon
  •  Minced Pork                       300g
  • Chopped garlic                                                                 1 tea spoon
  • Black pepper powder               1/2 Tea spoon
  • Spring onion (Chopped)            2 table spoon
  • Carrot                            100g
  • Onion                             1
  • Mushroom button                   200g  
  • Potato                            200g
  • Chinese cabbage                   200g
  • water                             1 lite

Preparation:

Clean and cut vegetables in short about 2 centimeters. Split mushroom buttons to 2 pieces. Then, split onion into 4 pieces and cut the carrot into small pieces like the coins.  

How to Cook:         
  1. Put 1 Liter of water in the pot and heat up until it boils.
  2. Make small meatballs and put it in the pot. Then, putt all the ingredients and stir well and wait until it boils again. After that, lower the heat to simmer for 10mn.  
  3. Finally, turn off the heat and put spring Orion on top of the soup.
