 Special hamburger With Egg( Cambodian hamburger)?

Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples  
  • Hamburger                1
  • Chicken egg fried        1
  • cheese                   1 slice  
  • Bacon                    3 slice  
  • Tomato sauce             1 table spoon
  • Vegetable oil            2 table spoons
Preparation:
    Fried chicken egg and bacon, cut hamburger in to 2 pieces and grill a bit brown, then add cheese slice and chicken fried egg on top of hamburger, apply tomato sauce with another slice of hamburger then top up together and eat.

Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples  
  • Salt                          1 tea spoon
  • Fresh squid                   500g
  • Ground pork                   350g
  • pepper powder                 1/2 tea spoon
  • Sugar                         1 tea spoon 
  • Seasonal sauce                2 table spoon
  • Lemon                         1 
  • Olive oil                     2 table spoon
Preparation:
  1- First  mixing seasonal sauce , sugar, ground pork, pepper, salt and put in to the squid tummy. Then put cuttlefish in to the big plat and add olive oil on top of the squid, cut lemon in to thin slice and add on top, then steam until well cook and eat with rice.

Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples  
  • Salt                          1 tea spoon
  • Fresh fillet fish             150g
  • pepper powder                 1 tea spoon
  • Sugar                         1 tea spoon
  • Small tomato longitudinal cut 2 pieces 5 tomatoes 
  • Chili slice                   3 table spoons
  • Seasonal sauce                4 table spoon
  • pinnate (hit)                 6 table spoon
  • Mix Huber                     1 small blow
  • Lemon juice                   2 table spoons 
Preparation:
  1- First make sauce by mixing seasonal sauce , sugar and lemon juice .
  2- Fish marinate with salt and pepper then put in to the big bowl then cover with plastic and steam.
  3- Mix vegetable and mix herbs with sauce above and then put on top on the steam fish and eat.

How to make curry squid with daikon( Cambodian Food)?

Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples  
  • Salt                          1/2 tea spoon
  • Fresh big squid               2
  • Curry powder                  1 and 1/2 table spoons
  • daikon                        400g
  • Vegetable Oil                 2 table spoon
  • Sugar                         2 tea spoon
  • broccoli                      1 flower
  • Oyster sauce                  2 table spoons
  • Seasonal sauce                2 table spoon
  • fresh chop garlic             1 tea spoons
  • Wine                          1 table spoon
Preparation:
  1- First clean and body of the  squid cut in short thinks 2cm,and head of the squid cut in to 4 pieces. 
 2-Peal daikon skin and cut in to short about 3cm long then cut in to 4 pieces longitudinal and broccoli cut in to small pieces. 
How to Cook:         
  1. Put oil in to the hot wok and hit then fried chop garlic until brown, put cuttlefish, wine and cook until well cook. Then reduce the hit in to medium hit ,add curry powder and cook well.
  2. Add water 2 glasses and put daikon and hit until boil, then reduce hit in small and cook about 12 to 15mn, then put cuttlefish back in to the soup about 1 mn then put salt sugar and eat(Cambodian curry is sweet and medium salted).

Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples  

  • Salt                          1 tea spoon
  • Vegetable Oil                 4 table spoon
  • Sugar                         3 tea spoon
  • Next Pork                     500g
  • Carrot cut in longitudinal small string  1 table spoon
  • Cucumber cut in longitudinal slice    1     
  • cabbage  cut  in longitudinal small string  1 table spoon 
  • fresh baby corn cut in longitudinal small string 10corns.
  • White sesame fried   1 table spoon
  • Oyster sauce                 2 table spoons
  • vinegar                      3 table spoons
  • Seasonal sauce               1 table spoon
  • fresh Ginger juice           3 table spoons
  • heirloom beans juice         3 table spoons
Preparation:
  1- First, we need to make sauce: mix heirloom beans juice 3 table spoons ?,Ginger juice 2 table spoons, sugar 3 table spoons, seasonal sauce 1 table spoon.
 2-Cutt pork meet in thin slices then marinate with the sauce above and add white sesame fried    1 table spoon, then mix until well and keep it in 20mn before grill.

How to Cook:         
  1. Grill the meat pork until well cook, then grill corns then pull out in to a big plate. 
  2. Eat with carrot , cucumber, cubage, grill corns  and serve with rice and kimgi.
