How to make noodle Ton yam with coconut Cream
( Cambodian Food) ?
Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon
- lobster 6
- noodle150g
- seashell 6
- red tomato 1
- white mushroom 6
- lemon 1
- Coriander(Leaves)chop 1 table spoon
- chicken soup juice 5 cups
- Lemon grass 2
- Galangal some slices
- Kaffir lime leaves 3 leaves
- Chili sauce 1 table spoons
- Coconut Cream 8 table stables
- Tong Yum ingredient 3 table spoons
- Bird`s eye chili 4
- Put chicken soup with all lemon grass, Galangal slices, and bird`s eye chili about 10mn.
- Add Ton yam ,chili sauce, coconut milk, lobster ,shell, salt,sugar, mushroom, tomato cut in to 8 pieces, and boil about 5mn, then put in to the top of bowl with noodle and top up chop Coriander(Leaves)chop then eat.
