How to make noodle Ton yam with coconut Cream

 ( Cambodian Food) ?

Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples  
  • Salt                     1/2 tea spoon   
  • lobster                  6
  • noodle150g                                                                      
  • seashell 6                                                                 
  • red tomato               1
  • white mushroom           6
  • lemon                    1
  • Coriander(Leaves)chop    1 table spoon
  • chicken soup juice       5 cups
  • Lemon grass              2
  • Galangal                 some slices
  • Kaffir lime leaves       3 leaves
  • Chili sauce              1 table spoons                                              
  • Coconut Cream            8 table stables
  • Tong Yum ingredient      3 table spoons
  • Bird`s eye chili         4

 How to Cook:         
  1. Put chicken soup with all lemon grass, Galangal slices, and bird`s eye chili about 10mn.
  2. Add Ton yam ,chili sauce, coconut milk, lobster ,shell, salt,sugar, mushroom, tomato cut in to 8 pieces, and boil about 5mn, then put in to the top of bowl with noodle and top up chop Coriander(Leaves)chop then eat.

How to make fried fish with mango jam( Cambodian Food )?

Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples

·         Salt                            1  tea spoon
.  Fresh fish Fillet                350g
.  yellow mango                     1
.  Baking Powder                    250g
.  potato chip                      200g
.  Chicken egg                      1
.  Chop Onion                       1  table spoons
.  Sugar                            1  table spoons   

.  Vegetable Oil                    400g

·         Brown Sugar                     2  tea spoon
.  Small Chili                      1
.  Lemon Juice                      4  table spoons
.  Spring Onion Chop                1  table spoons   
.  Chi Wan Suy Chop                 1  table spoons
.  Chop ginger                      1  table spoons

Preparation:
   Clean and cut mango in small pieces and mix all ingredients then keep it( make mango jam).
How to Cook:
. Mix powder with egg and water then put the fish in and fried until brown.
. Then eat with Mango Jam and chip .

How to Make Oyster grill Japanese Style ?
Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples

·         Salt                             1/2 tea spoon
.  Fresh Oyster                      1000g
·         Oyster Sauce                     2  table spoons
·         Brown Sugar                      2  tea spoon
.  Chili Sauce                       2  table spoons 
.  Small Chili                       2
.  Lemon Juice                       5  table spoons
Preparation:
   Clean oyster, cut chili.
How to Cook:
·         Put the wok on the stove and hit 180C then grill oysters until oyster opened the mouths.
. Mix chili sauce with oyster sauce, Salt, sugar and lemon juice, then top up on the oyster and close the mouth and continue to grill from 8mn to 10mn. Then can eat. 


9-How to cook Soup Tofu with prawn ?

Soup Tofu with prawn ( Cambodian Style)?

Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples  
  • Salt                          1/4 tea spoon
  • tofu                          2 piece
  • Vegetable Oil                 4 table spoon
  • Brown Sugar                   1/2 tea spoon
  • Fresh prawn                   200g
  • Chinese mushroom              2 piece
  • Chinese wine                   1 table spoon
  • bamboo France                 50g
  • Oyster sauce                  3 table spoon
  • peeper Powder                 1 table spoon
  • Corn Powder mix with water    3 table spoon
  • Garlic chop                   1 table spoon
  • Baby corn                     5
  • Spring Onion                  2
Preparation:

 Cut tofu in slice thick 1,5 cm , cut carrot  spring onion and bamboo in lice in thick 1,5cm.
How to Cook:         
  1. Put the oil in to the medium hot wok, and fried tofu until brown, and pull out in to small basket that can make tofu drive.
  2. Put oil and hit again fried garlic until brown, and add  boom boo and mushroom and spring onions about medium cook, hen add carrot.
  3. Add soup water and wait until boil then add sugar, soy sauce , prawn and cook until well cook. Add corn powder and stir well then top on the fried tofu , add pepper powder, then add wine and serve with rice.
