How to make Lok Lak English ( Cambodian Way)?
Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples
- beef meat 300g
- garlic chop 2 table spoons
- oyster sauce 2 table spoons
- seasonal sauce 2 table spoon
- Vegetable oil 4 table spoons
- salt 1 table spoon
- sugar 1 table spoon
- lemon juice 3 table spoons
- balk pepper powder 1 tea spoon
- lettuce 200g
- Onion 1
- tomato 2
1-Clean all vegetable and cut tomato, onion, in to thin slices and put on a big plat with lettuce.
2-Make sauce for fried meat by mixing seasonal sauce 2 table spoons, oyster sauce 2 table spoons and sugar 1/2 table spoon.
3- Put vegetable oil 4 table spoon in to the hot pot and fried with chop garlic 1 table spoon until brown, then add meat and stir until medium cook, then add sauce above and Fried until 90% cook and pull out on top of the big plat that have vegetables.
4-Make sauce by mixing 3 table spoons of lemon juice , 1/2 table spoon, sugar 1/2 , pepper 1/2 table spoon and chop garlic 1 table spoon and mix well. Then eat with meet and vegetable.
