Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples
- Salt 1 tea spoon
- Fresh fillet fish 150g
- pepper powder 1 tea spoon
- Sugar 1 tea spoon
- Small tomato longitudinal cut 2 pieces 5 tomatoes
- Chili slice 3 table spoons
- Seasonal sauce 4 table spoon
- pinnate (hit) 6 table spoon

1- First make sauce by mixing seasonal sauce , sugar and lemon juice .
2- Fish marinate with salt and pepper then put in to the big bowl then cover with plastic and steam.
