16- How to Cook Squid filling ground port in side ( Cambodian Food)?

How to make squid with ground  pork in side( Cambodian Food)?

Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples  
  • Salt                          1 tea spoon
  • Fresh squid                   500g
  • Ground pork                   350g
  • pepper powder                 1/2 tea spoon
  • Sugar                         1 tea spoon 
  • Seasonal sauce                2 table spoon
  • Lemon                         1 
  • Olive oil                     2 table spoon
Preparation:
  1- First  mixing seasonal sauce , sugar, ground pork, pepper, salt and put in to the squid tummy. Then put cuttlefish in to the big plat and add olive oil on top of the squid, cut lemon in to thin slice and add on top, then steam until well cook and eat with rice.
