How to Make Minced Pork Soup with Vegetables


Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples  

  • Salt                              1 tea spoon   
  • Seasonal Sauce                    2 table spoons
  •  Brown Sugar                       1 tea spoon
  •  Minced Pork                       300g
  • Chopped garlic                                                                 1 tea spoon
  • Black pepper powder               1/2 Tea spoon
  • Spring onion (Chopped)            2 table spoon
  • Carrot                            100g
  • Onion                             1
  • Mushroom button                   200g  
  • Potato                            200g
  • Chinese cabbage                   200g
  • water                             1 lite

Preparation:

Clean and cut vegetables in short about 2 centimeters. Split mushroom buttons to 2 pieces. Then, split onion into 4 pieces and cut the carrot into small pieces like the coins.  

How to Cook:         
  1. Put 1 Liter of water in the pot and heat up until it boils.
  2. Make small meatballs and put it in the pot. Then, putt all the ingredients and stir well and wait until it boils again. After that, lower the heat to simmer for 10mn.  
  3. Finally, turn off the heat and put spring Orion on top of the soup.
