Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples
- Salt 1/4 tea spoon
- Vegetable Oil 4 table spoon
- Seasonal Sauce 1 table spoon
- Brown Sugar 1/2 tea spoon
- Beef Steak 100g
- Fresh prawns 200g
- Chopped garlic 1 tea spoon
- Spring onion Chop 1 table spoon
- carrot 100g
- Tomato Sauce 2 table spoons
- Oyster Sauce 2 table spoons
- chicken egg 1
- rice 2 cups of cooked rice
Clean all vegetables and meat and chop.
- Put the oil in to the hot wok, then put chopped garlic and fried until brown.
- Put prawn and chopped beef in and fry until they are well cooked. Then, put all the sauce and mix them. Put the rice in and mix it again.
- Break the egg and put it in a small bowl. Scrabble it and put it into the rice and stir. Put the spring onion on top of the rice and finally put into the big plate.
