Steam mussels (Cambodian Style)?
Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples
- Fresh mussels 500g
- Butter 2 table spoons
- coriander(leaves) 2 table spoons
- white wine 3 table spoons
- sugar 2 table spoons
- chili chop 2 table spoons
- lemongrass(leaves) 1 table spoon
- salt 1 table spoon
- fish sauce 1 table spoon
- vegetable oil 1 table spoon
- freshly squeezed lime juice 3 table spoons
- brown sugar 1 table spoon
- lemon juice 2 table spoons
- garlic slice 1 table spoon
1-Make sauce buy mixing chop chili, sugar, lemongrass, salt, fish sauce,slice garlic and lemon juice.
2-Clean all mussels and steam with white wine, butter and coriander in the hot pot without water and cover.
3-When mussels open the mouth add sauce, stir and fried until mix well then eat.
