Fried Fish With Pepper(Cambodian food)
Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples
- Fish Filet 500g
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 table spoon
- Vegetable Oil 4 table spoons
- Seasonal sauce 2 table spoons
- Wince rice 2 table spoon
- Pepper(powder) 1/2 teaspoon
- Fish sauce 1 table spoon
- Preparation:
- 1-Mix sugar, salt, fish sauce, wine, seasonal sauce then marinate with fish filet and leave it for 15 minutes.
- 2-Fired fish and then add pepper on top of the fish and eat.
