Ingredients: Serves for 2 peoples
- squid 400g
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 table spoon
- red capsicum 50g
- green capsicum 50g
- Onion 1/2
- Spring onion cut 1 table spoon
- ginger slices 1 table spoon
- fresh chopped garlic 1 table spoon
- red wine 30ml
- Preparation:
- 1-Clean and cut squid with nieces decoration and fried in a hot pot an about 3 to 5 minutes. Then pull out in to a big plat.
- 2-Cut capsicum in a small pieces, chopped garlic, cut ginger in a thin slice , green spring onion cut in a short, onion cut slices.
3-Fried in a hot pot until good small and a lit bit brown. Then add squid, red wine and stir well. When the squid is well cook add capsicum, onion, sea sauce and eat with soy sauce and chili.
