9-How to cook Soup Tofu with prawn ?

Soup Tofu with prawn ( Cambodian Style)?

Ingredients: Serve for 2 peoples  
  • Salt                          1/4 tea spoon
  • tofu                          2 piece
  • Vegetable Oil                 4 table spoon
  • Brown Sugar                   1/2 tea spoon
  • Fresh prawn                   200g
  • Chinese mushroom              2 piece
  • Chinese wine                   1 table spoon
  • bamboo France                 50g
  • Oyster sauce                  3 table spoon
  • peeper Powder                 1 table spoon
  • Corn Powder mix with water    3 table spoon
  • Garlic chop                   1 table spoon
  • Baby corn                     5
  • Spring Onion                  2
Preparation:

 Cut tofu in slice thick 1,5 cm , cut carrot  spring onion and bamboo in lice in thick 1,5cm.
How to Cook:         
  1. Put the oil in to the medium hot wok, and fried tofu until brown, and pull out in to small basket that can make tofu drive.
  2. Put oil and hit again fried garlic until brown, and add  boom boo and mushroom and spring onions about medium cook, hen add carrot.
  3. Add soup water and wait until boil then add sugar, soy sauce , prawn and cook until well cook. Add corn powder and stir well then top on the fried tofu , add pepper powder, then add wine and serve with rice.
